Lasagna

9 Lasagna Noodles (cooked)
1 lb Hamburger (browned)
2 (26oz ea) Pasta Sauce
1 Onion (chopped)
1 (16 oz) Ricotta Cheese
1 Egg
8 oz Shredded Mozzerlla Cheese
Minced Garlic Cloves
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Simmer hamburger, pasta sauce, garlic, and onion. Set aside. Mix ricotta, egg, and garlic. Set aside. Spoon 1/3 of sauce mixture on 9 x 13 pan. Then layer 1/2 of noodles. Now layer 1/2 of ricotta and 1/2 of mozerella. Repeat layers ending with sauce and parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 min or freeze and bake later.
