Buffalo Chicken Dip

1 (8 oz) Cream Cheese
6 oz Frank's Red Hot Sauce
16 oz Shredded Chicken
1 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c Ranch Dressing

Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook until cheeses are melted. Serve with tortilla chips. Freeze if desired.
