Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Muffins

 

I love this recipe, because it's so easy! Also, the muffins can be frozen and eaten later. The recipe contains sour cream, so the muffins are super moist! I found this recipe in my Taste of Home Cookbook. It was submited by Stephanie Moon. Thanks, Stephanie!

Sour Cream Chocolate Chips Muffins
1 1/2 c flour
2/3 c sugar
3/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
8 oz sour cream
5 tbls melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c chocolate chips

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients in a seperate bowl. Stir in dry ingredients until moistened. Mix in chocolate chips.

Fill greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 18-20 min.

Yield: 1 dozen muffins
