Thin Crust Pizza Dough Recipe!

If you've got a stand up mixer, I've got a great pizza dough recipe for you! We just tried this recipe last night for supper, and it turned out great!

The great thing about this particular recipe is that it makes enough dough for 2 large pizzas OR 4 small pizzas. You can even freeze the leftover dough...just wrap it in saran wrap, then foil before you freeze it!

I found this recipe in Taste of Home Magazine. It was submitted by Theresa Rohde. Thanks for the yummy recipe, Theresa!

Thin Crust Pizza Dough
3 1/2 c bread flour
1 c whole wheat flour
5 tsp quick-rise yeast
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp honey
1 1/2 to 1 2/3 c warm water (120 degrees-130 degrees)

Place all of dry ingredients in a mixer equipped with a dough blade. Mix dry ingredients until well blended. Add honey. Mix slowly. Gradually add water until a ball forms.

Turn dough onto a floured surface. Shape into a ball. Cover and let rise for 10 minutes. Divide dough into quarters or halves. Use immediatley or freeze.

Place desired ingredients on pizza crust. Bake at 450 for 15-20 min.
