To all of my faithful followers,
I apologize, because this will come as a surprise to most of you. I am retiring from my blog.
I have felt God's gentle prompting for several months now. Between my nursing career and being a wife and mother, I just don't feel like I have the extra time to donate to this blog any longer.
I love you all, so it really pains me to leave you. I will miss my sisterhood of couponers terribly, but this is the right thing to do for me and my family.
Thank you all for following me for the last 3 years. You are all dear to me, so please stay in touch!

DIY Button Monogram
Yes, this is yet another Pinterest craft! I'm hooked! This is a Button Monogram. This was very rewarding to make, because I was able to use my Grandmother's old buttons! All that you need for this craft is buttons, glue, background paper and a picture frame. I had everything on hand, so I made it very inexpensively.

I found an easy tutorial on Pinterest on how to fold Kusudama Paper Flowers! My version is pictured above. These are very inexpensive...all you need is paper and got glue to make them!

Today at Kroger, I purchased 41 items. My total before coupons and Kroger card savings was $90.93. After coupons, I paid just $35.32 for everything pictured! That's a savings of 61%!
I was so excited to find ground beef on Manager's Special. I was able to score 12 lbs of ground beef for just $19.96 total (about $1.66/lb)! Meat prices are soaring, so this special made my day! I plan on crockpot cooking all of the beef, placing it in 1 lb freezer bags and freezing it for later use.
It is worth noting that Kroger is having a Mega Event on select cleaning supplies this week. Just buy 4 particating items, and you will save $4 instantly!
