TXT-N-SAVE at Community Market
Today at Community Market, I found a txt-n-save flier. It stated that by sending a sign-up text, you would recieve weekly offers on your phone. To sign up, text FRESHOGS to 232323. The cashier told me that the offers are really a great deal, so I signed up. We'll see what happens!

Blue Berry Cream Muffins
Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 c sugar
1 c vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
4 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 c sour cream
2 c blueberries
Beat eggs. Gradually add sugar. Slowly beat in oil. Add vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Add sour cream. Fold in blueberries. Put batter in greased muffin pan. bake at 400 for 15-20 min. Makes 24 muffins.

White Lasagna
Ingredients:
1/4 c butter
1/3 c flour
1 onion chopped
2 minced garlic cloves
1/8 tsp pepper
2 c chicken broth
1 c milk
1 c parmesan cheese divided
9 lasagna cooked lasagna noodles
2 c shredded chicken
8 oz mozerella
Melt butter, flour, onion, garlic, and pepper. Add chicken broth and milk and boil. Reduce heat and add 1/2 parmesan cheese. Stir mixture until thickened.
Spread 1/2 of sauce in 9 X 13" pan. Then place 1/2 of noodles. Then layer chicken, mozerella, and 1/2 c of sauce. Layer on remaining noodles, parmesan, mozerella, and sauce. Bake at 350 for 35-45 min or freeze for later!

Pizza Burgers
Ingredients:
1/2 lb browned hamburger
8 oz shredded mozerella
8 oz tomato sauce
1 T oregano
1/4 pepperoni
8 oz shredded cheddar
1 can tomato soup
6 English Muffins halved
Combine above ingredients and spread on english muffins halves. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.

Our Memphis Trip
As some of you may know, we took a trip to Memphis last weekend to vist Adam, April, and Micah. We had such a great time with them! Micah is 10 months old and growing so fast. Much of our time in Memphis was spent swimming in their awesome pool. Andy was pretty afraid of the water, but Grandpa worked with him. By day 3, Andy was loving the water. Thanks, Grandpa! We also enjoyed going to a farmers market and a reinactment of the Mississipi River. Our time spent in Memphis went to fast, but we had a blast!
